Poochapalooza 2009

Grab your human by the leash and head on over to Saluda Shoals Park for an afternoon of dog gone good fun. Proceeds benefit PAALS and the Heartworm Project.

Rules

• Keep your dog on a leash at all times (No retractable leashes or leashes over 6 feet.)
• Clean up after your dog. Plastic bags will be provided on the walk route and the main areas.
• Please remind children to ask permission before approaching a dog.
• Please don’t allow your dog to run up to other dogs without asking first, Not all dogs like other dogs in their faces.
• Do not leave any animal in the car.
• Do leave dogs in heat at home.
• Dogs must be over 6 months old.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Leave aggressive dogs at home.
• One dog per person.
• Bring sponsor list day of the event.

Terms and Conditions
In consideration of your permitting me to participate in the walk and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I (along with those who are associate with me) hereby waive, release and forever discharge the Palmetto Assisted Animals Life Service, PAALS, its directors, officers, employees and agents, volunteers, successors, Heartworm Project employees and agents, event officials, volunteers and any sponsors, suppliers and all other individuals and entities, Saluda Shoals Park and it’s employees and agents, event officials, volunteers and any sponsors, suppliers and all other individuals and entities in any way assisting or connected with this event from any and all claims and liability of whatever kind or nature whatsoever arising out of my participation in this event, even those claims and liabilities that may arise as a result of the negligence or carelessness of individuals or entities released by this Waiver and Release.

I grant full permission for organizers to use photographs and quotations of me and/or my dog, for publicity or promotional purposes without liability or obligation from me.
