CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP REQUIREMENTS

  • Booth applications and fees must be received by October 15, 2011 to be included in the event program guide.
  • Any coupons, discounts, or information you would like included in the runners/walkers registration packets must be remitted by October 15, 2011 (remit to:  PAALS, attn: Poochapalooza, P.O. Box 25679, Columbia, SC  29224).  Must provide 400 copies.
  • Refunds will not be given for any reason.
  • Poochapalooza organizers reserve the right to prohibit any product from being marketed at the event. 
  • This event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather you will be contacted at the number listed on this application by 6:00 a.m. on the day of the event to notify of cancellation. No refunds will be given due to weather complications or cancellations.
  • Vendors are responsible for staffing, setting up and breaking down booths. 
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table and chairs and signage for their booth area unless otherwise specified in the sponsorship opportunities. Please note: stakes are not allowed in the ground.  We recommend using four-10lb cinder blocks attached to each corner of your tent or a five gallon bucket filled with water on each corner.  A water source will be available at the main festival site at Lake Carolina Dog Park.
  • All sponsor tables/booths will need to be set-up by 10:00 a.m.  A site map will be provided prior to the event day. Please see check-in at the Registration Table the day of the event to ensure proper placement of your table/booth.
